Does anyone know if your body can
eventually fight off a yeast infection on
its own, without using any sort of
treatment? I was told this by someone, but
I was just wondering if it's true or not.

WHy go through it? I don't think the body
can. Medicine helps; it's normally just
one pill and everything goes away

It could get worse and stay for a long
time before it gets better but you can get
the cream to clear it up sooner and that
can take up to 7days
