Takes to Long to Cum
Posted: 04-28-07 03:03am

I have had a problem cumming for the last 8 years. It has effected all my relationships and now is starting to take a toll on my wife. She now thinks that it is a proplem with her but that is not true. I had women who loved it but most felt that they were the problem. I am not gay and I love the warmth of my women, I tried to relax, masterbaiting taking breaks but 75% of the time I just end up wearing my poor wife out. I can count the number of times i came qucik this tear. maybe im just putting to much thought in to it or just enjoying myself or letting my wife enjoy it to much. sometimes I wish I was a 2 min brotha...

Are you able to orgasm through masturbation? How do you generally masturbate? Tight grip, dry hand, face down rubbing against bed, etc.?

Have you ever seen a doctor about it?

I don't know much about the subject, but I have heard of a couple things. One, is Traumatic Masturbatory Syndrome where men have difficulty achieving erections or orgasm after having masturbated face down most of their life. Such as by rubbing their penis against their bed or another object, or perhaps even their hand. You can google it as I haven't done much research into it. I mentioned once on this board before and another member looked into it more ( I believe it was Llewellyn, and that she commented that it doesn't seem to be confirmed. With some saying it exists and others not.)

The other is that high levels of Histamines cause women and men to easily achieve orgasm, while lower levels make it difficult to. A doctor can check your Histamine levels (If you're at the doctor you might as well bring it up and ask him for other possible causes, tests to take, and solutions). Histamine is made by the amino acid Histidine, so it can be increased. There may be other supplements that raise Histamines as well. However, I don't see a reason to do that until you've researched it more, talked to a doctor about the problem first to find other possible reasons, and checked your histamine levels to see if it's a possible culprit.

Edit: Another thing I forgot is kegels. Exercising pelvic floor muscles often help men achieve better erections as well as achieve orgasm better. Be sure not to take it too far and know how to relax them as well, because it can also cause premature ejaculation. However, if you're too far from reaching orgasm you probably won't have a problem and you could stop once you achieve a suitable ability.

your just to preoccupied with the goal of "making it" rather than enjoying sex itself. That's probably the reason why you can't reach orgasm. Try to relax and enjoy every moment with your wife and not thinking about whether you'd come or not. hopefully it'll help. sometimes it's jsut psychological.

or just like what our colleague said, try to know your body first. what makes you ejaculate? through masturbation? how? do porns help you? think about thesethings. it might help a lot. Very
