Healthy skin comes from a healthy liver,
not from your masturbation habits. One of
the liver's many functions is to filter
your blood of pathogens and toxins. In
today's modern world of fast food,
pesticides, chemicals and overall poor
diet, our livers are over worked and not
efficient enough. The skin comes into play
because it acts as a filter or excretory
surface as well. The toxins in your body
that are not filtered by the liver or
excreted by the kidneys or colon will be
left in your blood and go to your skin and
other organs. That which goes to the skin
may be pushed out through sebum and sweat.
The overall effect is not-so-clear
complexion.
People with acne are often viewed as being
dirty, as if they don't wash their faces.
The opposite is usually true as acne
sufferers are the most likely to wash
their faces multiple times a day (side
note: it's not wise to over wash as it
will cause the skin to dry and the body to
release more sebum, making the problem
worse). However, the problem isn't really
with external dirt, it's internal toxins.
So what causes acne or bad complexion, and
how can you control your internal toxins?
You might have heard myths that acne is
caused by chocolate or greasy food and you
might have also heard that these myths
are...well...myths...or untrue. Well, it's
half true. Logic would tell us that the
definition of cause would be..."If X, then
A." "If poor diet, then acne." We know
this isn't true, because we've all seen
people who have horrible diets, yet have
relatively clear skin. So diet isn't the
cause, but then again X isn't a single
factor. See it as X= a + b + c + d and so
on, and that one of those letters or
factors is diet.
The underlying cause is most likely your
genes. Your genes determine how your body
works and what your body needs. So one
person may have genes that allow them to
eat poorly yet be healthy and have clear
skin, while another person eats better yet
still have skin problems. Someone's genes
might call for more of a certain vitamin
(perhaps because their body doesn't
produce it well), or less of a certain
toxin (because their body isn't efficient
at expelling it).
Unfortunately, you cannot change your
genes. So if your genes is factor "a" then
you can't do anything about it. So move on
to another factor, your diet. What you put
into your body determines what nutrients
you have, what toxins you're filled with,
what your body needs to assimilate, what
your body needs to excrete/filter, etc,
etc. A body given the correct nutrition
and low on toxins will be healthy and have
clear skin.
By eating properly you're keeping your
body working optimally and keeping it
clean. Your liver, kidneys, colon, blood,
lymph system, etc will be clean, working
properly, not overworked, and efficient.
There are many aspects to this and you'll
really need to learn a lot more about how
to do it. I'm just writing how it works so
you understand that this is the ESSENCE of
your problem and it is the best way to fix
it. Find a book on curing acne through
healthy diet and living, or just a book on
healthy diet and living period. Though, a
book on acne will give you more tips
geared toward acne and help you with
hurdles you might find while tweaking your
diet. It may also contain some tips you
can use externally, or which
vitamins/minerals you might need if you
have specific skin conditions or specific
types of acne (yes, there are more than
one type).
In general, you'll need to eat more
vegetables and fruit, less meat, grains
and sugars. Stay away from fried foods and
hydrogenated oils (check food labels, so
many things contain it and it is
absolutely one of the worst things for
your health). Drink clean water, take
vitamins and get some sun (the sun is
healthy if you are healthy, so fix your
diet first). Don't try to do it on your
own, you need more info. It wouldn't be
wise to add and subtract things from your
diet without knowing what you're doing and
making sure you're still getting healthy
levels of what you need. Plus, if you
don't know how to do it and jump right
into it without slowly working your way
into it, you'll probably feel weak and
hungry, won't be having a good time, and
won't stick with it.
You'll also likely need to do a cleanse.
Cleansing your colon with keep other
organs clean because you won't be
reabsorbing toxins. Then you can cleanse
your liver, gallbladder, kidneys, blood,
lymph, lungs, skin, etc. A book dealing
with acne will probably help with this,
otherwise there are books specifically
about cleansing. Of course, you could take
the easy route and buy herbal cleansing
products from a health store. It's wise to
do a colon cleanse first and then follow
with the others. Ask someone at the store
about the correct order. Sometimes they
have a product that cleans all the organs
at once, but I'm uncertain of whether this
would be as good as doing them
individually.
So google some and try to find books that
cure acne naturally through cleansing,
diet, etc. If you have trouble I'll try to
find something.

As the long poster said, and I will
repeat:
Masturbation did not cause you to look ugly.
That is a very stupid thing to think, and
whoever inspired you to think that needs
to have their head examined.
I am constantly appaled at how ignorant
people are these days about sexuality.
The change in your "radiant complextion"
could be due to many things, but
masturbation is not one of them.
Masturbation is a healthy activity that
does
not cause your skin to become less
"radiant".

The others are right. Masturbation will
not make you ugly or give you acne. It
also will not make you go blind, use up
all of your sperm, or make you grow hair
on your palms.

Yeah, why would you even think this. If
you overly masturbate the only damage you
could possibly do is to the tissue in the
penis.

Here is a little tip, take a zinc
supplement! As a lot of zinc is used when
you ejaculate.
