Has anyone else tried taking vitex for
menstural irregularities. I stopped
taking birth control over a year ago and
have yet to ovulate. I have heard a lot
of good things about vitex to stimulate
ovulation. I was hoping someone else here
could give me some feedback on this herb.
I want all the information I can get.
