I came off birth control in march and i was wondering is that the reason why my period is late it was supose to come on the 28th of april and now today is the 30th.

it can take a few months for your body to readjust to its natural cycle. If you had long cycles before the pills, this might be normal. My cycle was 35-40 days long when off the pill.

But i never had a long period its always 28 days between each other .my husband and i have been wanting to get pregnant. but we took a test on the 24th of april and it was neg.

Because of the pills your cycle may be abnormal for a while.
