hi, i would like to know when you can have
sexual intercourse once you have strted
taking the pills?is it after youve taken
the first pack of 21 or before then?

I did a search and found that Microgynon
is a combination oral contraceptive pill.
Typically, with oral contraceptives you
are advised to use a backup method (i.e.
condoms) for the first 7 days of your
first pack.
Please read the information that came with
your prescription. There should be an
information booklet/paper with the
Microgynon. It is best to read all of it
so you can be familiar with possible side
effects, what can decrease its
effectiveness and proper use. The
information packet also has information on
what to do if you miss a pill. Save this
information for future reference.

As she said, you are safe after 7 days of
active pills. You do not need to wait the
entire month.
