I read that you can't take antacids while on bc. Then I also read that you can take antacids while on bc. Which statement is true?

I don't necessarily see why you can't. There may be something related to the antacid lowering the acidity of your stomach and affecting how fast the pill is dissolved, thus lowering its effectiveness, but Im just guessing here. Personally, I'd call a pharmacist.
