Zonegran "thoughts Unusual to You" Side Effect. Posted: 05-01-07 21:41pm
I have been taking Zonegran for about 5
years now, but never associated it with
the personality changes I had, because I
was put on it in a mental health facility.
I just assumed I was "getting better."
But now everything is getting worse. I'm
so depressed for no reason. I can feel it
in my body. I'm afraid to call people. I
don't care about anyone. Even when I was
depressed before medication I always
ALWAYS cared way too much about people.
Now I don't really care at all. All of my
motivation for everything is gone. I
can't draw, paint or write like I used to.
I've been depressed on and off for the
past 7 years, but prior to the medication
it was always because of my reaction to
external sources. This is different.
Everything outside of me is fine, but I'm
not. I'm just wondering if this could be
because of the medication. I don't have
insurance until June 1st so I can't see a
neurologist about this yet. Thank you.
