I have been pregnant once before but didn't carry to full term my boyfriend also has a child so I know we are both fertile. I have been trying to get pregnant since September. My periods are normal and nothing to spectacular in my life has changed well I am 4 days late on my period and I have a normal cycle and all my HPT test have come back negative what could be causing my period to be late? Is there a possiblity I am pregnant?

Yes, you could be pregnant. You may just be testing to early. I suggest you wait a week and retest. If the result is still negative and you have not received your period, then you would need to schedule a doctors appt. Good luck, Keep us posted!
