I have been trying to eat, but its hard. Crackers arnt really doing it, sometimes the make it worse. I have switched to taking my prenatals at night hoping that will help. My first check up is june 6th which I am excited about. Its not coming soon enough. Ladies dont give up and keep praying.

Not to scare you or anything, but the morning sickness will probably last your whole first trimester. Mine lasted from weeks 6-14. But you will literally wake up one morning, and it will be completely gone. I didn't take my prenatals during my first trimester because I felt so sick, but my doctor said that was fine. I have taken them every day since my second trimester started. What helped me with morning sickness was ginger ale, just sip on it while you're getting ready in the morning and it will help ease the discomfort. Congrats on the pregnancy! We look forward to seeing you in the pregnancy forum!

adaniels, I have also heard that ginger ale really helps. My sister inlaw used to sip on it in the morning. she used to also get the ginger itself have have it in the morning. The same kind they use at sushi resturants.
