Well, it has been a month since I saw my
nutritionist and as I have been on holiday
in the meantime, we agreed that I should
start my diet on Tuesday.
She wants to wake up my adrenals and get
my liver working to speed, so that the
rest of the HG will calm down.
At the moment, I am in the mode of "eat
really well and be really good for a few
days to eat everything bad I can get my
hands on and do no exercise"! I am nearly
at saturation point, but not quite 100%
and am worried that this will affect my
motivation.
Has anyone else had this see-saw affect
before. It's almost like a self harm type
thing. I hate myself for eating the wrong
kinds of stuff but do it almost to show
the HG that it's not gonna win - but it
inevitably does!

Most people make this mistake out of
feeling bad for the fact that they can't
eat what they used to and don't like
feeling trapped. However, keep doing it,
and you're going to trap yourself in a
world of agony.
