i am 19 week pregnent
can i drive car?
can i exercise at home on cycling machine
i have PCOS so taking metformin .how long should i use metformin

Dont trust anyone but your doctor when it comes to questions about your meds..Yes exercise is safe unless otherwise directed by your doctor just keep it low impact and after week 13 dont lie flat on your back.. swimming and walking are best and yes you can drive a car lol.. just make sure your lap belt is across your lap and not resting on your belly
