Okay, I was raced to the emergency room
about 3 weeks ago for a sinus tachycardia
related incident. A week later I had a
follow up and my blood pressure has been
through the roof...was 150/90 and I work
out three times a week and eat healthy...
I've had multiple blood tests and
everything checks out...
all my levels are fine, my thyroid is
fine...They don't know what's wrong and
it's really starting to become an
issue...
I was working out today and mildly hit the
treadmill and my heart beat jumped up to
186 BPM...This is WAY out of my comfort
zone...and my heart was pumping
excessively hard...
Sometimes even at night I'll be laying
down and out of no where my heart beat
will jump to 130 BPM with really hard
beats...
they did a EKG, found nothing...
Any of you experienced this or maybe know
what the HELL is going on..cause I'm
freaking out...
