Ava's 6 month and doesn't, but I don't let
her. I like feeding her. I can't help
you there.

finn's been holding his for real since
about 5 1/2 months. i just read yesterday
that it's usually anywhere from 6-10
months with 10 months being the average.
landon's right in the middle of that so i
wouldn't be concerned. maybe he's too busy
to hold it!
finn had been trying to hold his for
months but his hands would kind of flip it
and he'd drop it, now he can hold it
completely on his own and he just learned
that he has to tip it up to get the last
of it.
i love feeding him but it's been really
hot here lately and we don't have our a/c
in yet so i'm glad i don't have to hold
him anymore. i just set him up and let him
go at it.

always hits it with the other.

Amelia has been trying to hold hers for a
couple weeks now but she just cant get the
hang of it. She dont know how to wrap her
fingers around it yet. But she does know
how to hit it out of my hands tho lol. She
popped it hard one time and it came up in
hit my nose. That crap hurt!

We put .oni in her high chair at 3 months.
We *never* fed her outside of it, except
for at night.
So, it took her a while to get a good grip
on it. Especially with all the food on her
hands!
But I think she was about 7, maybe 8
months when she got it down pat. But it
was a cup not a bottle. The shapes are
totally different.
They have these special bottles that are
like triangular to help them grip it
better.
I had .oni totally off the bottle by 9/10
months.
He's fine!! When he gets it, you'll miss
it! lol!!
