I read that teeth grinding causes your face to change. My dentist said I grinded my teeth down pretty well for a 22 year old. I've noticed that my eyes droop a little on the corners now and I'm probably too young for that. Would teeth grinding be the cause of this?

i dont think so. you should look into getting a splint to protect your teeth.
