Stomach/bathroom Problems, Please Help!

Okay.

I am really 12 years old, but I need SERIOUS help.
PLease don't skip over this because of my age. I am very mature, and I need help.

I've had this problem for about a month now.

It all started when I was coming back from vacation. I got sick on the plane. It LITERALLY felt like bubbles were coming and popping in my stomach. I threw up at the end.

I hadn't eaten that day, and when I went to eat, I wasn't hungry at all.

So, for about a week, when I wanted to eat, I couldn't because my stomach would make this bubbling stuff. To top that, diahrreha {spelling I know}. So on the weekend, I finally told my mom what was going on. She made me eat dry food and sip Gatorade.

Then about three days later, I gradually was able to eat more. But still, loose poop.

The bubbles went away, but ever since to today, I get these weird noises in my stomach. I cannot tell whether I am hungry or full anymore, and the poop is sometimes loose.
The noises just come, whenever. And I don't know when I'm hungry or full, and I find that my love for food has kind of decreased.

Is this just because my body is changing?

Will this EVER go away?

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
