I have this weird bump near the inside
corner of my eye... on the side of the
bridge of my nose on my right. It's a
small, hardish bump and it's been there
for a day or two now. It's made the skin
under my eye slightly puffy and it's
become really annoying and noticable.
Haven't the foggiest what it could be - at
first I thought it was a zit but I don't
think a zit would cause my eye to become
puffy underneath. I haven't had any food
that I normally don't eat. So my only
other guess is that it's a bug bite of
sorts.... or an abscess (I've had one on a
tooth before)?
Ideas? I didn't know where to post this
question. There's a little 'pain' to it
but nothing that would stop me from
carrying about my day. Mostly there's
feeling to the bump. Would any off the
shelf allergy meds work?
Help!
Thank you

It could be a number of things. It could
be a small cyst or sweat gland. You could
get a doctor to check it out and let you
know your options.

sounds like a "sty" usually helped by
antibiotics. But see your doc as it could
also be other things.
