Activity After Tibia Fibula Fracture Posted: 05-16-07 19:33pm
My doctor gave me the vague instructions
"don't overdo" today after putting me in a
walking boot. I broke my leg (tib-fib)
12-07-06. My nonunion is finally starting
to heal (40%). The doctor knows I'm eager
to regain my muscle mass, life, etc. Can
you give me any more specific advice about
acceptable activity level, exercises, etc?

Activities that exersize the muscle
without placing weight on the bone can be
good, like weight-less lifts. No more than
15 minutes of excersize too.
