I have a Playstation2 in my room. When it is switched off it displays a small red light. At night, when I look at the light, I see sparks of white light all around it, flashing, kind of darting really. Whats wrong?

Some of the steps you can take to help relieve the strain on your vision might be to: purchase anti-glare screens that can reduce eye strain, take frequent breaks to help rest the eyes, practice eye exercises that help strengthen the eyes and reducing blurry vision, take multivitamins and mineral supplements to ensure that your eyes get the nutrients they need.
