Ideas for making end of pregnancy go quickly ? Posted: 05-17-07 14:07pm
Being pregnant.. I want her to get here so
bad!!
What sucks is i still have 8 weeks to go!
She now is trying to claw her way out of
my throat..Im thinking she's trying to
tell me that she is running out of room..
and i know that she hasn't even gone
through her growth spurt yet .. I cant
even imagine what the final weeks will be
like when she gains half a pound a week
here pretty soon..She already is measuring
over 6 lbs! ahh!! I want to see my feet
again! I want to feel skinny! I want to
hold me baby!! ahhh!! Anybody have any
ideas that make the final stretch go by
quicker? Im offically done with school
for the semester so I now am going to be
doing nothing but sitting at home
basically i think the bext 8 weeks will be
the slowest of my life...

Vanessa, i completely understand how
you're feeling right now! I think this
week i decided i am officially sick of
being pregnant. as much as i love my
daughter, and feeling her move around, i
just want my body back! i'm sick of the
heartburn, i'm sick of her kicking my
ribs, sick of not being able to get out of
the bed without serious effort... and i'm
sick of seeing the scale every time i go
in for an appt. i'm so excited to see her,
and it seems like the next 7 weeks won't
come fast enough. i want to start my life
as a family already! and as soon as i'm
able to, i swear i'm going to get my
skinny body back. it's really hard for me
to accept the weight gain and fat feet
that come along with this beautiful
experience.

omg I so feel you!! I miss so bad feeling
thin and pretty.. I just do not feel like
a beautiful pregnant women, I miss my
skinny jeans and i swear the second i am
able im getting my old body back!
And it wouldnt be that bad being pregnant
if my back and ribs didnt hurt so
horribly.. i seriously think she bruised
my rib cage.. Im so glad im not alone!

WOW.. your baby is weighing over 6 lbs
already.. Holy. No wonder you are so
uncomfortable. I was in last week and my
little one is only weighing in at 3 lbs 14
oz and that was at 31 weeks. I am 32 wks
tomorrow. I feel tho like this baby is 10
lbs and sitting directly on my vagina!
Ughhh..
I hope that you feel better soon.

keep in mind that they can be off by 2
pounds. they kept insisting i would have a
10 pound baby, i even had an u/s the night
before i delivered and they said he was
measuring over 10. he ended up being 8lbs
5oz.
hang in there ladies! not too much
longer!

I'm a little different to you guys, i want
more than anything to meet .Mika as soon
as possible but due to exams i don't want
her to be early becaus ei want to do all
of my exams if possible. For me i'm quite
lucky really because my pregnancy has gone
quickly anyway and with all of my revision
and exams coming up the weeks are flying
by so to me it will proberly feel like
yesterday i was posting my belly pics when
i'm in hospital holding my little lady

It was amazing!! It felt so good to see
everybody and brianna is now the best
dressed fetus ever.. all we have left to
get is her carseat/stroller combo and
we're all set although were going to be
moving here in about a month, which will
be fun..a move to a new military base (and
getting a new doctor) at 36/37
weeks...wooohoo cant wait.

Awwww i know how u's all feel, i have
seven weeks left and although it feels
like ages away, it feels like it really
soon at the same time!!! I love feeling
her move around but some times it can be
really uncomfortable, bordering on
painful, especially wen shes kicking my
hip!!!! I dont have a huge bump (although
some wud disagree)! But i feel like im
carrying a bowling ball around in my
stomach, and can never get comfortable, im
always huffing and puffing!!!!! Can anyone
relate!!????

this is so neat, reading these old posts
and now you all have your babies. i'm
left behind and still waiting, lol.
sitting here in the dark at my computer at
2:30 am with nothing to do but wait and
not be able to sleep. one more week until
my due date. hope i don't have to wait
too long and i hope i can stay patient
until the time comes.

ha that's crazy , I didn't even notice
that these post were from June, It's
almost the end of August and I am waiting
for my baby to finally come out, I have 2
weeks until my due date and i am dilated
3, so hopefully he comes soon.
