So what kind of vehicle you have? And would you reccomend it to a tall mommy?

We used to have a .Mazda 3 but traded it for a .Pontiac .G6 because the .Mazda was too small in the back for .Mels carseat. The .G6 back seat is big enough but the car is a peice of crap! The gas needle is wrong, the buttons that tells how many miles left in ur tank and all that quit! And we just got this car in .December brand new. We are glad its messing up because Im tall 5'9-5'10 and the heavier .Mel gets the harder it is to get her out because I have to bend down sooo far. (We didnt think of that problem because it was alot higher than the .M3.) We are thinking about a 4-door truck or a.S.U.V but a car is still an option as long as its not on the ground, peice of crap, or small in the back.

I hate car shopping!!

I have a '00 .cavalier. My husband drives a '98 .jeep .cherokee. The .cavalier fits me (.i'm 5'4") and my husband's jeep fits him. I don't know if that answers your question at all, though. Sad

my mom used to have an azuzu (sp) rodeo, it was a cute little suv, it wasn't too big or too small, but im not sure of the price. you could google 'used _____" whatever you're looking for and i bet you'll get lots of hits, that's what i've been doing. but i reccomend (sp) the rodeo. im not sure what your budget is though.

We have a dodge grand caravan that we got used. I know a lot of moms aren't van people but I love the thing. It is very comfortable!! Much more comfortable than most SUVs I have tried. My husband is 6'6 and loves it. We have to buy bigger vehicles due to his height.

i'm insanely jealous! that's what i had but i had to leave it in az when we moved here. it was paid off and everything. Crying
or Very sad

i want the new jeep patriot that just came out. i won't be getting it though. we have an 06 nissan sentra that we bought brand new when we moved here and an 01 or 02 chevy s10 pickup that was nick's in az. we're close to paying the truck off so we're going to keep it so we'll only have 1 car payment.

since you're tall, i'd look into small suvs.

The jeep liberty looks like a nice ride, but if you get in close they are cheap. My friend has one and it's not all it's cracked up to be. The .Cherokee's are much nicer.

I drive a 00 .Pontiac .Grand .Prix .G.T and I love it. The thing has 140,000 miles (hard ones cause I have a lead foot), it's big, drives nice, has a huge trunk, and they test well in consumer reports, but it has some major problems. It will not start if it doesn't run for a couple days and it's wet.
.Mike has an 02 Cavilier and it's really small. I hate the seatbelts, they choke me.

Whatever you get research it through consumer reports or something similar. Make sure it scores well and is safe.

Cavaliers are way too small for me. I had a school friend that had one and she looked like a clown in a clown car when she was driving down the road. She was 5'11.

We are going to go car shopping this week and weekend maybe I wil find something that will fit. Those .Rodeos are freaking nice. I love those. I wanted one when I was 16.

We have also looked at the .Avalanches but I cant not stand their beeping sounds. I mean its annoying. You have to get in, sit down, put ur seatbelt on and crank it just to see the milage.

I have an '06 Pontiac .G6, we bought it almost a year ago. It does great on gas, but I'm not sure the backseat is going to be big enough for my 12 year old stepson, my 5 year old stepdaughter's booster seat and an infant car seat. I had an '02 saturn vue before, but I had a lot of trouble with it and absolutely hated it. Then just a few months after I traded for my G6, saturn came out with the .Outlook, which is their new SUV and has the third row seating. I really wish I would have held off a few more months...the third row seating would be very handy for us. I owe to much on my car to trade, so I guess I'm stuck with it.

I have a '01 Lincoln ls. I love it personally. It has automatic seat settings so you press a button and it moves to fit me (5'5) or my dh (6'3ish) comforatbly. I got nailed in it and it handled it extremely well. I was quite impressed. But all repairs are expensive.

My dh just got a '01 Jeep grand cherokee. (must be popular) And we both love it.
