So as ive gotten older my periods have
gotten worse lol and im a skinny girl but
i feel like im bloated for half of the
month. does anyone have any remedies
besides all the over the counter meds ive
taken?
herbal stuff maybe?
the only thing that i will rule out is
birth control although i dont know if that
would even help.

i take tablets called mefenamic acid
(spelling??) they help me beat that
feeling. when i'm on my period i get
that bloated feeling, like my tummy is
swollen, and i often get the runs too.
these tablets help me. they can be
prescribed but i think you can get them in
the chemists too.

I know you said you were ruling this one
out, but birth control helped me
tremendously!!! I used to have horrible
cramps, bloating and a very heavy flow. I
started taking bc and within a couple of
months, I hardly ever had a cramp, very
seldom felt bloated and the bleeding got
much lighter.
