Well, I guess time will slow down for me. I am due in August, so I will be 8 months pregnant in the middle of summer. Lucky me...

I was in tears at this time last year...I was a hideously fat woman with thermostat issues, elephant cankles, a moon face, and a serious attitude problem. I was up to 3 times a day with sex, gobbling up evening primrose oil, acupuncture, the whole 9 yards. And it was hot. Ugh.

It's not unbearable hot here yet, but about the end of june or first part of july is usually when it gets really hot. I'm already starting to feel the effects of it though. This past weekend, I wanted so badly to get out in the yard and do some cleaning up. We just bought our home in October, so we haven't been able to do much cleanup outside yet. I got a few bushes and trees trimmed up and that was it. I had to get inside out of the sun. I guess cleanup will have to wait until after the baby is born.

ugh I don't really handle summer well when I'm not pregnant. I have an allergy to the sun that makes me break out in a rash wherever I'm exposed. my skin eventually gets accustomed to more sun but i spend half the season scratching and applying calamine and wearing long sleeves and greasy 40 sunblock on the hottest days. Should be interesting this year as I'll be 8 months at the end of June and I'm already like a beached whale!! I've got stretch marks on the backs of my knees and I'm already sleeping with no blankets when it's only like +10 celsius outside and the window is open. not that I'm complaining! I love being pregnant!! Laughing

I tried to do gardening last summer but I couldn't reach the ground because of my grotesquely fat fat self.
