Huge Toy Sale!

amazon has a ridiculous amount of
clearance right now. go there and click on
the "toy outlet" and stock up!
i just got:
-playskool busy glow flashlight
-little tykes xylophone
-mondo gertie ball
-infantino baby bugs x2 (1 for finn, 1 for
my niece)
-playskool puppet play monkey (for my
niece, finn already has it)
-stacking ring (i think it's wooden)
-300 piece set of lincoln logs (for xmas
when finn is like 5)
-little tykes pull and spin
-chicco radio control jeep (for finn's 2nd
birthday)
-little tykes bathtub band
-little tykes bumble top
all of that cost $32 with free shipping!!!
i saved $150.
this is not an ad for amazon, i just love
bargains!

Craigslist is very popular here. I got
some excellent deals on the aquarium
wonders swing and other items. I gave away
a lot of my stuff to a family in need when
Nathan was older. I regret giving away
that stuff because now we are a family in
need. At least the family we gave it to
were really in need!!
I plan to get our crib through craigslist.
I also want to find a dresser changing
table since ours broke in transit. Our was
cheaply made anyways.
Anyone know where to get an inexpensive
but good dresser that can be used as a
changing table?? Most of them seem to run
for $250.

yeah, you really had to speed shop. they
might lower the prices again though, they
did it earlier. check again later or
tomorrow. i can't get over how low the
prices were!
i couldn't order any more (even though i
kept hinting to nick that i wanted more
and i was hoping he'd say i could do one
more $25 order) so i called my mom to tell
her about it and she started placing an
order so i snuck a few more things in. she
was being soooo slow though and i was
telling her to hurry up and place the
order. she's so computer illiterate, she
kept saying "why do i have to hurry? it
says i have 14 more hours". i don't even
know where she was getting that from but
she did not have 14 hours. she placed it
in time to get most of the stuff but not
the one thing i really wanted, it was on
sale for $4 and jumped back up to $25
before she could finish.

if you placed an order, go check it now!
amazon is pulling stuff from peoples
orders and saying there were pricing
errors. you might end up being charged
shipping if they pull enough that your
total falls below $25.
i've lost 2 things so far, the lincoln
logs and the xylophone (which i really
really wanted!). i'm now at $25.31, if
they pull anything else they'll try to
charge me for shipping.
the forum where i found about yesterday's
sale is up in arms right now. they're all
contacting cnn and the bbb, as well as
calling amazon and ripping them a new one
over the phone. i'm hoping so many people
are calling that they'll end up honoring
the sale prices, but i'm not holding my
breath.
stupid amazon.
