know. Golden showers are when either
partner urinates on the other. Believe it
or not, some people do this on purpose!

I think I just have a mental issue with my
urination habits. I'm a somewhat small
woman, and ever since I was little I've
had to go to the bathroom more often than
other people. I hear girls in the bathroom
peeing and they go on and on for ten
seconds... I could *never* hold it that
long; I'd explode!! I can't go on long
trips without stopping often. The
condition is worse when I can't distract
myself. Sitting at a computer I can go a
pretty long time, or if I'm watching TV.
But often once I start thinking about it,
I can't stop and even if it's only been an
hour and a half I feel like I desperately
have to go. Once on a car trip as a kid
(about 11 years old) I purposely peed my
pants in the car because I didn't want to
ask to stop again since it'd only been an
hour. I thought that if I peed a little at
a time it would evaporate. My parents were
not thrilled but I convinced them I did it
in my sleep.
These days, I just say flat out when I
feel I need to pee. I always pee right
before I go on car trips or to dinner in
the dining hall or anything like that. I
always have to pee right after I get to
places too unless I get distracted right
away. I just always feel like I have to
pee at least a little, even after going.
Sometimes after I go, I get a tiny burning
feeling like there's still pee inside and
sit around in agony for an hour or so
because I feel like I've got to go so bad
but there's nothing there.
I have trouble sleeping for this reason as
well. I have to lay (normally) on my left
side to fall asleep. Laying on my right
side makes me feel like I have to pee. I
always have to pee right after sex. I
always have to pee right when I wake up.
Sometimes I even have to pee in the middle
of the night!
And I don't make that much urine, I really
don't. Then again I hardly ever get the
chance to store it up. If I wait 5-10
minutes after peeing though, I have
already made enough to pee again.

In the middle of an orgasm is the only
time i don't feel the need to pee when my
clit is being stimulated. We solved this
by him only stimulating the area when i
put his hand there.

I have actually peed during sex...it was
the most embarrasing experience of my
life...truely humiliating, especially
because i was on top..
It was just as he was penetrating and i
was feelin a bit tense so he wasn't going
in as easily and then he pushed a bit more
and i felt myself let go of the tension
and then there ya go...
It wasn't even a gush like others
described,i had no control...i still
cringe at the memory. We had to move our
lovemakin to the shower but believe me,
that was the Only good thing bout that
night.
I thought it was a once off thing but then
low and behold, it happened again!!!!
It wasn't as bad the 2nd time, only a
small bit, and it was more how the others
described it..i thought i was close to
orgasim and thought that relaxin the
pressure building there was all part of it
only instead of orgasim, i peed.
Now whenever i'm havin sex i'm
concentratin so hard on not peeing or
letting go,or even if i don't feel the
need then i'm worrying about when i Will
feel it...i go before sex and i've even
stopped durin it to go but nothin ever
happens..its ruinin it for me and i cant
even take the advice of 'i have to stop
worrying and thinkin bout it so much' cos
then all that happens is i relax too much
and pee..
Its sooo horrible!!I'm even embarrased
writing about it.
I think i should prob start doin pelvic
floor exercises...but then i'm perfectly
normal other than those occasions , have
no problems at other times and theres
nothing unusual going on with my
health...has anyone ever heard of this
happenin before?

exercises for bladder control? I'm not

I am having the same problem. I have been
with my boyfriend for a little over 1 year
and it is a major problem for him. However
for me it happens while he is fingering
me, not during sex? He also won't do oral
sex on me ( can't blame him) but this is a
problem for me because I go down on him a
LOT. I have had several sexual partners
and this has never happened to me before.
It doesn't happen either when I
masturbate? I am going to a special doctor
on Monday to find out what this problem
may be I will let you know what I find
out. In the meantime if anyone can help me
please I'm begging you....
