After vigerous sex or any vaginal
penatration i start spotting. but after
that i star what seems like my period
because i bleed for a long period of time.
I bleed for about a month somtimes more.
its not painful its not heavy. Im 19 i'v
had only one sexual partne, my partner has
only had sex w/ me as far (as i know) i
have never had a pap smear and i dont have
health insurance. I dont know what to do
and i dont know what it could be. im
really scared HELP

That's common and is usually nothing to
worry about. It is most often caused by
being too dry, which causes small rips
inside the vagina. They can bleed quite a
bit. Using lubrication might help.
However, I would still have an ob-gyn look
to make sure it is nothing more serious.
You're supposed to be seeing one anyway.
You don't need health insurance or money
to see one. You can just go to Family
Planning or Planned Parenthood.

a planed parenthood clinic.

yep, and free birth control if you don't
have any money. They are great. Look them
up in the yellow pages.
