Bumps On My Penis Posted: 05-23-07 06:52am


A couple of months ago, I noticed these "bumps" on the base of my penis and on my scrotum. I cant feel them, I just see them. I haven't had sex yet so it cant be an std. oh, and I can only really notice them when I have an erection, but they are still there when I'm flaccid. Edit - and I am positive that they are not pimples
