I have testing anxiety and when I was
tested for anxiety through the school it
showed I was anxious 99% of the time in
various situations. The things they told
me to do I can't do, and the ones I can do
aren't helping enough. I'd rather not take
anit-depressants again, because they made
me sleep a lot and I ended up missing a
lot of school., flunking a class. I
exercise every chance I get, and I can't
use incense or lavender soaps because I
have bad allergies and asthma. My anxiety
is so bad its managed t cause numerous
scholastic problems and help in breaking
up a relatoinship with a man I love more
than anyone. I wanted to marry him.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you are committed to doing the
exercises you should try cbt. We learned
the tea form exercise from the book by Sam
Obitz in my group and it has become a
staple in my life that helps me keep my
anxiety at a minimum. I think cognitive
training would help you overcome your
anxiety and prevent future episodes.
