i feel like such a bad mom right now.

we used up a can of formula last night.
it was no big deal 'cause i thought we had another one.
i was sure we had another one.

i get up this morning (a few minutes ago) & .gabe is fussing big time. so i got to make him a bottle. wellll guess what. there's no incredibly formula anywhere in the house. he has nothing to eat. at all. i have no cash, nothing in my bank account, & i cannot find any money at all in the house.

i had to ask one of my friends to go get formula for me & that i would have to try & pay her back on .friday.

i feel so stupid & so horrible.

so now .gabe is crying & i am sitting here cuddling him waiting for .ash to get here. i feel so. so. so. so horrible. how could i of been so dumb?

sorry for venting. i just feel like crap about this.

Crying
or Very sad

Aww...hun don't feel bad. It is a simple miscalculation. They happen all the time. It's good you have a friend near by to bring some to you.

~Big hug~

(I thought.....just for a second....you were going to say your late or something. Laughing )

awww, your still a good mom!!! you are only human, mistakes happen. at least you didn't forget him somewhere!!! Laughing
that was always one of my biggest fears after having her. I was used to just taking off and going to the store, so I was scared I'd do that and forget her!!

Its okay to give him water. But nusery water tho. I know how you feel!!

One day me and Joey went to his moms and forgot to pack a can of her formula. We didnt know that till she started fussing! All I had was 3 jars of food. I told joey to give her some water and I will be back as quick as I can. The closest store was 20 minutes away so I was going 60 in a 45 on a curvy road trying to hurry back. I got back within 30 minutes and he said "thank god! I didnt know what to do. She quit wanting the water and started screaming so I just gave her all the baby food Shocked" That was 2 different meals for her. But it kept her quiet till I got home and then she started fussing again while I was fixing her some milk. she only took 1 ounce! lol

I cried because I felt soooo irresponsible! But things happen.

Oh yeah, that reminds me. I've forgotten a bottle for her before...thankfully we had to stop at my parents house, where she has a whole second set of everything.
