So im wondering..because im in this boat at the moment.
Every month between when you O'd and when af will be showing up..do you write down everything that may be a clue to a bfp?

this month is the first month that my hubby and i just so happend to have sex on my most fertile day and i feel weird. its probably all in my head but i have been having these twingy pains on my right side right above my pubic bone and some very different discharge oh and the fact that im HORRIBLY constipated..thats really it. i dont want to make something out of nothing and then be once again disappointed.

anyways im super bored and the baby (im a nanny ha i wish he was mine!) is sleeping.

Some people do. I never could, that would just build me up for dissapointment. Because I get more 'symptoms' then most people have when their pregnant. I try not to read to much into them.

Do you take prenatal vitamins?

The pregnancy symptoms vary from one person to another, however constipation and larger amounts of discharge in addition to the twinges are all symptoms for some, so maybe this is it for you. What day was your ovulation, and how long are your cycles?

My ovulation day from what it seemed was 18th however mymonthcycles.com said my most fertile day would be this last monday BUT the most cm was friday and i had some minor ovulating cramps that ive noticed i get when i have more cm. so from what ive concluded that was my most fertile day. My cycles are from 28-30 days long..i think it most depends on my stress level (i get stressed VERY easily i think due to my anxiety) but anyways who knows maybe its just my body tricking me lol.

Christy-
I have prenatel vitamins from my previous pregnancy (that ended in an m/c last sept) and they are unopened but i think ill take them if i am actually pregnant. ive heard of women taking them while ttc BUT like ive said we arent really trying just if it happens it happens. (of course if i was trying NOT to i could have stopped my hubby from finishing inside of me BUT hey i wasnt going to object lol) and your right i do get my hopes up every month but oh well. lol the only time ive felt like "lifes not fair" is when my friend ive known since moving here has found out recently shes having an "oops" baby. her DR told her to not worry about the inbetween time when she was ending and starting new BC and look where it got her. i was think what a stupid DR..even I KNOW to always make sure esp in the time between BC to wrap it up ha. oh well she will be a good mom i just worry about her constant job changes and her very bi polar boyfriend.

there i go talking away again lol. just remember im super bored.

oh do any of you watch Discovery Health during the day? i love it.

Yeah, If you were actually ttc you should start taking them. But since you aren't preventing either, you might want to think about it. They are perfectly safe to take as a daily vitamin. The reason I ask is alot of them have Iron and that can cause constipation.

i dont want to be gross but ive always had bowel problems like extremes but for the past two months ive been eating more fiber to help regulate everything (i finally got added to my hubbys insurance so im going to get tested for BMI and a colonoscipy, sorry i cant spell worth anything!) and it was been working untill monday and now its only been ONCE! sorry tmi! but i am going crazy. i hate this feeling and know it all too well but im still eating my fiber cereal and cooking with my fiber powder....but its not WORKING. its driving me crazy..i have had those bowel cramps these past two days and some gas along with the twinges i was talking about..who knows. i just want to find a freakin docter after we get back from our vacation over the weekend to get a check up on my entire body lol.

I have ibs. So I understand. I go from not going for days (or weeks) to having horrible diarrhea. I'm suppose to take a fiber supplement daily and it does help. Plus the prenatals that I am on have a stool softener built in so thats great. I just can't imagine it getting worse if I get pregnant. Shocked

i know what you mean..i was in the very early stages of my first pregnancy i mean at like 5 weeks..but thats exactly how long i hadnt been able to go! well ok i went maybe twice but it was horrible. thats the only thing that scares me a little bit about gettin pregnant. but it would be ALLL worth it!

whats the brand and price of those prenatals?

The brand is .prima .care. They are a two step vitamin. You take a capsule in the morning (this is where the stool softener is) and a table in the evening (it supposedly helps to relax you). They are high in the omega's that are essential for spinal developement in a fetus and because they are a two step it optimizes your bodies absorbsion. They cost me (with out insurance) $38 a month. It will go way down once I become pregnant.

But personally, I love them. And would recomend them.

They also have a one step if the two step makes you sick on your stomach.
