My goodness! Adriana has been a blast this
past week. She's now running and she can
climb up on the couch without any help.
She likes to play up there and run and do
a belly flop. She does sit when we tell
her to tho, but that only lasts for a
second. She's more content to just wander
around the house looking at her books and
jabbering to herself. Her favorite thing
in the world is a book....especially a
book full of animals. She will go thru it
and name the animals. She's such a little
smarty pants. She loves to go outside and
just walk around in the yard. She's into
teasing now too. She'll run towards you
with her hands out as if she wants up,
then when you go to pick her up she turns
the other way and screeches/giggles. Or
she'll go to give you a bite of something,
and just when you think you'll get a
morsel she pulls it away and stuffs it in
her mouth with a big ol' grin plastered on
her face. As much as I loved the newborn
stage, I am enjoying this stage so much
more. She interacts so much. She
understands english and spanish. And my
husband is a jokester, so he'll ask her
"Where's the witch?" (in spanish) and of
course she pointed to me! So my parents
think that's just the cutest thing, so
they ask her where's the "bruja?" and
yeah....she looks right at me.
Ok, I think I'm done now.
