I have never heard of it helping skin issues, although it might I'm not wsure..

I take them just because they are good for your heart and everything. My whole family takes them actually. But I don't think its had any affect on our skin or Braydens (I'm breast feeding to).

My sister is a pharmacist, if she knows anything about this I'll post back.

This is probably a really stupid question because you have 3 kids, but...

you've tried baby lotion, right? That's really all I can think of. Neutral

I was in walmart one day with Jordan, and he was doing this screaming act and he hit me as well(he was about 2 1/2). A lady walked up to me and said that sometimes kids need a spanking... which threw me off guard... most ppl despise that in public. I explained to her the problems that Jordan had and she said that fish oil was good for brain development.

I wish someone knew exactly what fish oil was good for Confused

My sister hasn't got back to me but I'll let you know when she does...

But I found this,

http://www. fishoildirect.com/benefit_of_fish_oil.htm< /a> says fish oil is good for,

A Healthy Heart*

A Healthy Immune System*

Healthy Joint Movement*

Healthy Kidneys*

Balanced Mood and Sense of Well Being*

Strength and Stamina*

Helps Maintain Cholesterol Levels that are Already within the Normal Range*

I have heard mainly about the affects on your heart because of the omega 3 fatty acids however I'm sure it helps all of these as well
