Is it possible to spread hand warts to the
genitals by, say, masturbating? Or are
different types of HPV limited to their
own part of the body?

Don't worry hand warts usually don't
spread to the genitals and form genital
warts. Hand warts are caused by a
different species than the ones commonly
found on the genitals. However, it is
possible just unlikely. But if you are
concerned than refrain from using the
affected hand when masturbating or having
sex.
