I was wondering if any of you ladies is having issues with being extremely tired. I am almost 24 weeks prego and I feel more tired now than ever. All I wanna do is sleep all day. On top of that I have horrible pains in my hips and tailbone and back. I have Restless legs. I have been having heartburn. But yet I still really love being pregnant. I just wish I could stay awake enough to enjoy it more. I do exercise while I am at work at night but I always feel so sore afterwards that I wanna scream. Has anybody been feeling this, this far into the game? Or am I not normal?

Extremely eHealthy
I still have days where I am exhausted. I do have other days though whenever I have sooo much energy and get allot done around the house.

I am having a hard time sleeping at night so I think that causes allot of my tiredness during the day.

I think it's pretty normal to be tired when you're pregnant. Your metabolism is going non-stop so it can be hard to get a good rest when you do sleep, not to mention all the discomforts. I had sore hips when i was around 22 weeks. It just feels like your hips are being forced apart, because, i guess, they are. I think eventually the baby might pop out of the pelvic area and move up a bit as it gets a little bigger. then you get a little relief until the head goes back down into your pelvis. that is what I'm dealing with now and I've got major nerve pains whenever I walk, especially when i first stand up. But, like you, I love being pregnant anyway!! It's just nice to know what's causing all those little aches and pains and if there's anything you can do to get relief or at least feel normal. I think if you work it's a lot harder to get the rest you need when you need it. I'm lucky because I haven't had to work because I had some issues earlier on in my pregnancy and was put on sick leave. It's boring and the money sucks but at least I am able to have a nap whenever I want to. If you can just make sure people around you know that you are tired so they can help out and let you get the rest you need. Hopefully that baby will move up a little soon so you can feel better.
