tablets again and is not supporting me in

Have you tried finding a natural way of
taking care of your depression, such as
vitamins or herbs?

What dosage were you taking? Maybe you
could try going back on the citalapram at
a lower dose. If you still feel that it is
controlling your life, then you can slowly
wean yourself off in gradual steps. It
could take several months but you'll have
less side effects. Or you could talk to
your doctor about switching to another
anti-depressant like sertraline.

hello, i too was on those same tablets but
for only 18mths, i was on the highest
dosage, yet after a long while, like oyu
stopped taking them for my own reasons.
But i know what you mean about the side
affects you have/had - i got the same
after only 3wks of not taking them. Told
my GP, he said they are not the best tabs
to just stop taking on ya own. But i have
never gone back on any anit depressants
since then.

Hey Paul,
Just checking in to see how you are doing.
You haven't posted in a while. Have you
gotten any help or found anything that is
helping?
