i was looking at this other forum i found
on myspace and they had this link to this
site i thought was interesting
its a thing that tracks your contractions
for you, you hit the space bar when a
contraction starts and when it ends and it
times them and tells you the frequency and
everything

yeah, i thought it may be helpful, ive
tried timing contractions when they get
strong but its a pain in the butt to try
to think about looking at a clock and
writing something down when your in pain,
much easier to press the space bar lol
meh, everyone keeps asking me that, im ok,
just really tired and getting rather sore,
my back has been killing me and ive been
getting really bad pains in my lower
stomach...but my doc isnt in right now and
the doctor on call isnt calling me back,
so im just gonna try to wait it out, at
least for a little until the doc on call
changes

labor on my own though so i never got to
use it.
