My father died 4 years ago. I was severely
depressed for a ling time after his dath.
Now after 4 years I still find it
difficult to find happiness in my life
without him. I feel like I don't belong
anywhere or with anyone. I don't have any
insurance and I can't afford to see a
therapist or medications. Does anyone have
any suggestions that can help me overcome
this depression?

I lost my sister 9 years ago and i have
the hardest time. I feel as if i am
starting to grieve now. I am very
depressed over her death. I am under
doctors care for depression but i talk to
a few friends about it because they lost a
parent or sibling. I found that people who
lost someone real close understand a lot
better what you are going through.
Sometimes you can find free therapy from
your state. I know a lot of hospitals give
free help sometimes. Group sessions are
good. I write a lot of poemsand it helps
me with my emotions. Its very hard to deal
with the death of family. If you need me
im here for you.
