This might be a silly question but is it
legal for a 19 year old to sleep with a 16
year old?

It depends on what state or country you
are in. In some parts of the usa, the age
of consent for sex is 16, so it would be
totally legal. In many states though, the
age is 17 or even 18.
Here's a chart. Strangely enough in New
Mexico, if you are homosexual, you get to
have sex a year before straight people o.O

it's legal for an 18 year old male to have
sex with a 16 year old female.

Actually, I think that it is 16 to 24.
After that is pushing it. My stepsister
was 16 her baby's father (not around) was
36 or 37 the same age as our dad.

Its still legal though; the moral
