Orange Juice And Birth Control ? Posted: 05-28-07 07:32am
The other night I took my birth control
pills with water and then about a few
minutes later I had a glass of orange
juice. I was talking with my dad and he
said that's going to mess it up because of
the Acidity of the orange juice.
What do I do now?
Is it okay to have sex or no?
I'm on Ortho Tri cyclen LO and I take my
pills every day at the same time.

Drinking orange juice will not affect the
pill.
Think of how acidic your stomach acid is!

Yeah, I have never heard of orange juice
being an issue with the pill.
Also, like Anne said, your stomach is
already acidic.
