Hi, I would like to find out if it is safe to drink alkalized water everyday. any comments? by the way, which is the MOST effective way to detox thoughroughly?

Drink alkalized water all you want, its water and it does nothing harmful to you. Now about detox, you need to specify a bit more. Is it for drug test? Are you currently addicted? If yes, to what? I'll answer the second part as soon as you reply with answer.
