I couldnt say this in the 'quitting
smoking' post caused it had been locked.
Thank you to ladylee70 and mc4ever02 for
your comments.
Although i didnt realise that i was
sounding defensive that wasnt my
intention.
I wont say anymore as i dont want to get
into trouble.

Quitting smoking is extremely difficult -
I remember. I have a very addictive
personality as well and smoked from age 11
or 12 to age 18. I tried to quit on
several occasions until I was finally
successful with the patch and chewing
about three packs of gum a day. What is
sad is that I still sometimes have
smoking dreams and wake up feeling guilty.
I also sometimes still want one as well.
I am now 32 years old. I could be extreme
with the dreams and occasional desires to
have a puff, though. I was forced to quit
because I suffered from asthma and had
respiratory infections so bad I was almost
put in the hospital.
You have cut down your intake so much and
you really should be applauded!! We are
all here to support you:) I just can't
imagine trying to quit while pregnant.
Just cutting down on mere caffeinated
products was hard enough for this little
addictive personality (me).

oh yeah add caffeine addiction to my list
as well, i salivate when i see and smell
redbull. Pretty much i love anything that
is not good for you!!
But i'm getting there.

when a post is locked it is locked for a
reason.
Do not reopen a new thread to continue the
post.
Locked and if the topic is started one
more time it will be deleted.
