Comfortable In My Own Skin!
Posted: 02-25-04 18:21pm

I've never been comfortable with my body how much I weight etc. I've had eating disorders ever since my early teens and have yet to fully overcome them but i'm just so happy right now! My mom went to buy me a skirt and she stopped off and bought these shorts and a top and bikini for me (we're going away to the dominican during march) and for the first time in awhile I felt ok about the way I looked. I'm sorry I had to share i'm just really happy and hope that you all feel comfortable with your beautiful selves!
Lots of love
tanya

I am so happy 4 u tanya-its good to hear things are ok.
I used to have a really bad self image but its got better over the years mainly thanks to my boyfriend (i still dont like being naked though!!) I am quite thin but I figure I may as well enjoy it until I hit 50 and start sagging! Lol!
But I guess I am what I am and as cheesy as it sounds this is the way god made me!

Yay! Go tanya! Lol.....Wish I could wear a bikini again! Haha I dont think so. Lol. I need to start using my cocoa butter in places I never even thought to use it....Lol. I got a couple of light stretch marks starting on my thinghs and the sides of my butt! Yikes! Lol. Oh well. I don;t see anything wrong with stretch marks. I call them my battle scars. Lol. Dewitt says they are beautiful b/c it shows that I sacrificed my body for someone else. Haha. He can be such a suck up. Lol. It works though. Laughing but I am sure you are absoloutly beautiful girl! And vanessa that is very good to hear coming from you! Good luck with peanut. I'll be having my baby about the time you are finding out what your is! Hahahahahahahaha lol
