Okay.

DO you masturbate? It's pretty key. If you don't know what makes you feel good, there's really not much you can do to help your partner satisfy you; and he's not psychic so he can't tell.

There are two general kinds of stimulation that you get during sex: clitoral and vaginal. Usually, the easiest one to orgasm from is clitoral. The vaginal orgasm hasn't been exactly proven, nor has the g-spot.

I know when I have sex, having my fiancee inside of my makes my entire body shiver. It's an overwhelming feeling. There's like these tingles that shoot down my legs and up my chest. Are you saying you can't feel anything at all; like you can't even feel if you put two fingers in your vagina and moved them around? it's totally numb? Or do you mean you're not feeling what you think you should be feeling? Or maybe you feel something but it's not enjoyable?

So you're not numb, but you get no sexual pleasure from it? If so, you are not alone. Many women have trouble enjoying sex or having an orgasm. Some women do not have a very sensitive clitoris, so stimulating the clitoris does not do much of anything.

One thing I like to add when I see posts like this, is something I've read about Histamine levels. I don't know much about it, but have read in a couple different places that Histamine levels can affect men and women's abilities to achieve orgasm. High levels make it easy, and low levels make it difficult.

A doctor could check your levels and perhaps recommend treatment. If he/she doesn't know what to do, you could look into some supplements, specifically amino acids. Histamine is created from the amino acid Histadine, so supplementing with that may help increase it. The amino acid Methionine may actually prevent the creation of Histamine. I don't remember in which fashion, but Vitamin C also affects Histamine I believe.

If you have no success from trying to relax, toys, masturbation, etc. you might want to go to a doctor and make sure nothing is wrong. And if nothing works or is found, perhaps ask about Histamine.

Do you get aroused ever? If you do get aroused but just aren't able to reach orgasm, that is probably just not knowing yet what works for you.... I get no joy at all out of masturbating, and when he fingers me or oral it feels good but I never orgasm. I only orgasm from vaginal sex. I don't know what it is that stimulates me and when I feel around myself, I feel nothing. If you try many different things and nothing works, I would seek a sex therapist.

However, if you don't even get aroused, you should get your hormone levels checked. (Specifically testosterone). That could mean a whole lot of other problems and needs to get checked by the doc.
