my partners works 8 hours a day 5 days a
week, he use to work 12 hour shift and he
was always shattered he reduced his hours
and still no better. he eats only fresh
food and only drinks on a weekend when
he's not working. he seem's to be getting
worse. he can get up on a morning and
within half hour he can be laid on the
sofa dropping off to sleep. we have early
night and he sleeps solid. please help as
he is getting worse. he has cut his hours
at work and i try and let him sleep a bit
during the day then he has about 8/9 hours
a night sleep.
