Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Regrets Posted: 05-30-07 18:26pm
Hi,
5 years ago I travel from the US to
Bangkok, Thailand to have a noser surgery,
lips augmentation, and skin resurfacing. I
thought I know exactly what I wanted.
However, after the surgery I knew I've
made a mistake because I look nothing
better then I was before. I reflect on my
failure and I've learned that I didn't
even bother to ask or share with anybody
else about my insecurity about looks.
Someday I view myself as very good looking
and I love myself and other day I view
myself as something horrible and I thought
surgery would fix all that. In the end it
really didn't and in the end I save myself
by learning to love who I really am inside
and I am happy to be myself now .
But this is a progress of my life and if I
were to be reading this loving myself
stuff from somebody back when I wanted to
have surgery, I wouldn't even think twice
about it. I believe beauty can be found
from within. However you will never
believe until you find it and I surely
hope you do because life is so much
wonderful when you love youself. I know
many people in this world will continue to
go along the same path as me and I want to
provide them with my experience so they
could make a better decision before they
have surgery.
Please provide me with any suggestion or
comments.
