What STD were you diagnosed with before you met your present partner? What kinds of symptoms do you have now? If a present medical examination reveals that you have some kind of STD you will HAVE TO tell your partner for 2 reasons:
1. In most cases of STD both partners need to be treated to prevent recurrence, and
2. You should be honest with your partner for the good of your relationship.
