U could be, but the only way to really
find out is to test. That bleeding could
be inplantation bleeding. Are you trying
to get pregnant?

You could be or you could just be having a
lighter than normal period (stress, diet,
exercise, even just as you age can affect
the amount of flow during your cycle).
For most women (those who get implantation
spotting and it's not usually the
majority), implantation is more spotting
than actual bleeding and red flow. All
you can do is take a test and see.

Trying to Get Pregnant Posted: 06-03-07 14:06pm
Hi I am 29 yrs old (My husband is also 29
yrs) and trying to conceive since 6 months
but I still I havnt got any success. I
take care of the ovulation day and try to
have sex every alternate day during my
fertile period. I have a 28 days cycle and
feel severe cramps on the first day of
mensuration. My husband is very
cooperative but I have observed that I
almost eject the semen just after having
sex. I keep lying for 10 mins and then
rush to bathroom. I suspect that sperm is
not able to reach the fallopian tube. I
consulted this with my doctor and undegone
all basic tests including the sonograpgy.
All reports are okay except that I have
few follicles(3-4) in the overies. I asked
my doctor and she said that these number
changes with the cycle of your
mensuration. I have observed that I feel
pain in the lower abs on every 12 or 14th
day of my cycle. Pls advice me how I could
get pregnant?

Hi, Dutta. In the future, it's a lot
easier if you make your own thread rather
than posting a new topic in someone else's
thread. It's less confusing that way.
Semen is supposed to come out after sex.
That does not mean you can't get pregnant.
In fact, it is recommended that you do
get up soon after sex to urinate. So it
sounds like your usual routine is just
fine. After all, if simply standing up
immediately after sex was a form of birth
control, I think almost everyone would opt
for that instead of dealing with the side
effects of other methods.
The truth is, six months is not a very
long time to be trying. Many couples try
without success for a year or more. In
fact, fertility specialists usually will
not even agree to see you unless you have
been trying for at least one year. After
all, we are usually only at peak fertility
for a couple of days a month.
