Okay the point of this is to promote cell
turnover. So...it makes you shed like
CRAZY! right?
Now dead skin cells can block a pore and
make you break out...so can this
medication actually do more harm than
good?
I exfoliate often now that I use this
medication by the way. Like twice a day to
keep all this skin at bay!
So basically I am paranoid to use my
Retin-A cream now.....
Someone help me!!!

As long as you keep your skin clean by
washing it twice a day you should be fine
using Retin-A. Also for people with acne
its good to wash bed sheets and pillow
cases at least once a week.
