Over the last few months I have been
experiencing a problem whereby I often get
nervous like twitches or spasms throughout
various parts of my body, very often in my
arms, legs, chest, eyelid and head. I also
experience numbness or tingling down the
right side of my face, in my hands and
feet, both symptoms can last from a couple
of minutes to several days and vary in
their severity

This sounds like a neurological problem
that needs to be checked out by a doctor.
