Help! Ok... so I am really new to this and
would appreciate as much insight and help
as possible. Well I just so happend to
lose track of my lmp but i know it was
somewhere between the 25 and the 28th of
April. And since then i have had sex with
my b.f and a couple times our condom
broke! Im not sure if it was around the
time of ovulation but I still haven't had
my a.f. I took a hpt on the 29th and it
came out a bfn BUT I took the test late in
the evening and i heard it's more accurate
early in the morning? Im not sure if i
tested too soon because here I am the 1st
& still no period. I have been
experiencing weird symptoms like Bloating,
Gas, Constipation, abdominal cramps (but
not like menstral cramps really), Fatigue,
& Nausia. I haven't really had any
brest tenderness or anything. I dont know
if my mind is playing tricks on me or
what. I just would really like to hear
what you think & what i should do
next. I was thinking about testing again
tomorrow morning... or should i wait
another couple days?? And what are the
chances of getting a negative on the test
and still being pg??
All your help will be well appreciated!
THANK YOU

Try testing again in the morning.
Usually, if you are pregnant, first
morning urine will have the highest
concentration of the HCG hormone which the
pregnancy test detects. In the beginning,
it can take awhile for HCG to build up in
the urine.
If that test is negative, try testing in
another week if your AF doesn't show.
Sometimes, too, due to stress, illness,
diet, exercise your cycle can cycle and
you may ovulate later, which delays your
period.
It rarely happens that a woman is pregnant
and doesn't get a positive on a home test
until her pregnancy is very advanced, but
it's not common, something like less than
3%.
If your period gets 2 weeks late and you
still don't have a positive on a home
test, see the doctor and get a blood test
done.
As for the symptoms you are having,
sometimes if you think you may be
pregnant, you start noticing symptoms. A
lot of PMS symptoms are the same as early
pregnancy symptoms too.
